We also want to share two of our new programs with you and feel Open House is the purrfect time to do so! These programs are our Cat Friendly Practice certification and our OSCAR Fund:
Cat Friendly Practice
We obtained Gold Level Certification from the American Association of Feline Practitioners in the fall of 2013. In order to obtain this recommendation, we met the requirements of a thorough checklist which evaluates performance in order to ensure that every feline patient has the most pleasant and helpful visit possible. These guidelines also recognize and ensure that you are a valuable member of your cat’s healthcare team. We are invested in working with you in order to guarantee your feline family members are healthy and happy at our hospital and in your home.

Oscar Fund
Raffle to be held at Open House, tickets available now!
The OSCAR Fund is a charitable account managed by Killarney Cat Hospital to be used for pets in the community. OSCAR stands for Offering Subsidized Care for Animal Recovery. The fund was named after a real life Oscar adopted from the SPCA by one of our sister hospitals in 2002. Oscar’s memory lives on as a representative of all the animals out there looking to be rescued and brought into a loving forever home. We have started this special fund, in honor of Oscar, to help sick or injured pets in need.
